Acai Coconut Raspberry Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Acai berries
- 500ml of coconut water
Directions: Blend ingredients a high speed blender like a vitamix for around 20 seconds until smooth. Enjoy straight away.
Acai Blueberry Hemp Smoothie
Hemp seeds (hulled) contain all the essential amino acids making them a fantastic protein source for vegetarians, vegans or anyone! They are highly digestible and easily absorbed and contain the correct ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids needed by the body.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon Acai berries
Directions: Add the ingredients to a high speed blender and then fill it up to the 600ml with filtered or spring water. Blend for around 20 seconds until smooth. Enjoy straight away.
Acai Spirulina Smoothie
Spirulina has a high protein content and a generous supply of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.
- 2 frozen bananas

- 2 teaspoons of Spirulina
