This is a super easy nutritious breakfast to throw together & it’s very filling. The Acai provides a boost of nutritious antioxidants and the hemp is a fantastic source of protein and essential fatty acids.
Acai Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- Filtered water to blend (depending on how thick you like it)
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Place in a bowl and add the home made muesli on top.
Home Made Muesli
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 cup millet puffs
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup coconut crunch
Directions
Throw the ingredients together in a large bowl and store in a glass air tight container.
