Strawberry Coconut Chia Puds

Coconut Chia Puddings

These super delicious Strawberry Coconut Chia Puds can be served as a delicious dessert or are healthy enough to be enjoyed for breakfast.


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 180ml filtered water
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp sprouted buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes


  1. Place the chia seeds, acai powder and water in a bowl and allow to sit for five minutes until the chia seeds soak up the water and become gelatinous.
  2. Add a layer of coconut yoghurt on top and then top with fresh strawberries,
  3. Sprinkle the buckwheat, hemp and coconut flakes on top
  4. Enjoy straight away!
