These super delicious Strawberry Coconut Chia Puds can be served as a delicious dessert or are healthy enough to be enjoyed for breakfast.
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 180ml filtered water
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp sprouted buckwheat
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Place the chia seeds, acai powder and water in a bowl and allow to sit for five minutes until the chia seeds soak up the water and become gelatinous.
- Add a layer of coconut yoghurt on top and then top with fresh strawberries,
- Sprinkle the buckwheat, hemp and coconut flakes on top
- Enjoy straight away!
